Monday was really windy so we had a relaxing day going on a
couple of walks and Karen baked a coconut cake.
We woke to a thin layer of snow but it soon melted as the sun came out.
Karen has been worried that her plants have been too exposed
lately but she has now been rewarded; seven crocuses in this pot this afternoon.
And then we noticed that a snow drop had emerged in this
one.
The weather forecast looks a bit more favourable so we’ll probably
get on the move again on Tuesday. Our
plan is to reach the junction with the Stratford canal and start heading down to
Stratford.
